Mountain bikes and E-Dirtbikes are the perfect combination.
Italian motorcycle manufacturer Malaguti recently made a comeback in Europe. EICMA 2022 recently unveiled several interesting models. With the Madison 125, you can maneuver around the urban jungle, while the Drakon 125 is a beginner-friendly nakedbike. Sporty is a good choice.
Malaguti's first XAM model, although still a concept, offers a glimpse into the world of electric vehicles. It certainly has a simple and solid design, but it isn't 100% legal due to the lack of rearview mirrors and lights.
A first electric offroad motorcycle will be launched by Malaguti with the XAM. Designed for beginners who want to learn off-road riding basics. Currently, the Italian manufacturer does not know the specifics of the XAM. However, the company plans to launch a street version with lights and mirrors.
Electric motorcycles and mountain bikes are combined in the XAM. The weight of the device must therefore be kept at the lowest level possible. The overall weight of the device will not exceed 70 kilograms, according to Tha Kham.
Through a chain final drive, the Malaguti XAM sends power to the rear wheels via a mid-drive electric motor. The bike's maximum output and other specific information is also included. It is unclear how long it will take to recharge the battery and how far it will work.
It is Malaguti's goal, however, to offer XAM at an affordable price. A compelling and tangible price was achieved by Malaguti for generic models.
