American company UM offers small engines built in the American style, but produced in the East to keep costs low. The Renegade ST has a 125cc engine. As of this year, also 300cc.
Even though they are made in China, UMs are inspired by the big American cruisers. 125cc and 300cc displacements are available, the latter produced by CFMoto.
This engine produces 28 HP at 9,000 rpm with a single cylinder and double cam. Maximum torque of 25 Nm at 7,250 rpm. It has a six-speed gearbox and is liquid-cooled. At the rear, there are two hydraulic shock absorbers and a traditional 41mm fork. 110/80-17 tires are on the front, and 140/80-15 on the rear
It weighs 182 kg, has a saddle height of 770 mm, and a tank capacity of 21 liters. Its particularities include two bluetooth speakers, a TFT panel, and full LED lighting.
Around €4,000 for the 125 and €5,000 for the 300. From the 2nd quarter of 2023, they should be available.
