With the new Combat, Daymak must have thought differently. A lithium-ion battery and a 5kW motor power the dual purpose off-roader from the Canadian electric motorcycle manufacturer.
With this combination, the Combat can reach a top speed of 70 km/h and a range of 80 km. Recharging takes 3.5 hours with the removable power adapter.
The model can climb slopes up to 35 degrees with a power output of 14 kW (19 hp). Another ace is up Combat's sleeve, however. Ebikes can easily be converted into electric snowmobiles within an hour once the snow starts falling, according to Daymak.
Daymak President Aldo Baiocchi disclosed that combat has been extensively tested in the Canadian desert over the past three years. It was designed and tested by Steven Foster in Quebec to handle any terrain or slope. Whether it's snow or dirt, you can ride all year round! ”
The first 100 Combat units will be produced as a "Founders Edition" by Daymak. In June 2023, Daymak will ship the Founders Edition for $13,995.
The Deluxe Edition will retail for $14,999 in Q4 2023, however. When the Combat hits the showroom floor, Daymak dealers will offer additional packages.
