There are a number of select upgrades across the entire Indian Motorcycle family, including the replacement of the FTR S with the Sport.
As the American company gives the flat track gang some refreshing touches of substance, the Indian FTR family doesn't change much for 2023.
From 2023, all FTR models, including the basic version and the Rally, Sport, and R Carbon, will have the following changes:
- Refined front brake circuit for better lever feel
- A new clutch provides better performance and feel
- All models now have a new exhaust tip
- Round touchscreen (101mm diameter) with Ride Command and navigation
A higher viewing angle from the driving position was achieved by placing the instruments higher.
A few extra elements, such as the small grille/windshield above the headlight, the keel, and the tail cover, distinguish the new FTR Sport from the FTR S.
FTR Sport also features new tank covers, which are available in black metallic with red details or white with red and black details.
There is also a 1,203 cc 60-degree V-twin with 123.4 hp / 7,750 rpm and 12 kgm / 6,000 rpm in the FTR family.
223 kg is the dry weight of the FTR Sport version.
