A two-up cruiser is introduced by CCM

CCM unveiled a new model at Motorcycle Live last November. To set itself apart from its rivals, the new model is called the Cruiser.

Let's examine other rivals before we get into the details. Some cruisers, like the Honda Rebel 500, don't have pillion seats. Others will have a little "throw pillow" behind the driver. For passengers.

Most cruisers treat the passenger like an afterthought, and leave all the comfort to the driver. That's not quite fair, is it? An adventure bike like the BMW R 1250 GS is the best choice for better passenger accommodations.

Therefore, couples find themselves in a bind. Your partner is likely to want to ride along if you're married and shopping for a motorcycle. I'm sure they're considered in some way if they're avid riders. CCM may just have the bike to fill the gap in the market for a cruiser that prioritizes two individuals.

I like the bike, but it's a bit niche. It's a modern neo-retro cruiser with an interesting engine choice and great passenger accommodations for £11,985 GBP. In this model, CCM used a 600cc single-cylinder motor, which is also found in other models from the brand.

According to its specifications, it makes 55 brake horsepower and achieves 56 mpg fuel economy. A tracker cousin of the Spitfire model also shares a similar platform. Chromoly steel is also used by CCM in this cruiser.

During the Motorcycle Live show, Motorcycle News (MCN) snapped some photos of the new model dressed up with all the options from the catalog. A set of carbon fenders and side saddle bags adorned the show bike. The saddlebags will be standard on the unit, so it's weekend-getaway ready.

The photos show just how thick and accommodating the pillion seat is. This model also has other features that make it a comfortable getaway car. 146 kilograms (321 pounds) dry weight makes it easy to drive, and a low seat height of 765 millimeters (30.12 inches) makes it an ergonomic package that's low-slung and easy to handle.
