GSX-8S Roadster 2023

A 776cc block engine powers the GSX-8S. Power is 81.7 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and torque is 78 Nm at 6,800 rpm. While Yamaha MT-07 and Kawasaki Z650 will be able to compete with it, Suzuki doesn't want to. In fact, the GSX-8S is a middleweight model between the Yamaha MT-07, Kawasaki Z650, KTM 890 Duke, and Yamaha MT-09.

The 2023 GSX-8S, which debuts in France for $9,300, carved a niche in the midsize niche market.

There will be interesting and supplied equipment. There are two upside-down shocks on the front and one rear, a Quickshifter gear shifter, Suzuki Intelligent Ride System, three riding modes (Active, Basic and Comfort), and assistive systems like Traction Control and Clutch Assist System. Its performance is clearly on par with the 07 and Z650.

One other model was just introduced to the global market not long ago, the Honda CB750 Hornet, which debuted at Intermot 2022. Twin cylinders power the Hornet. Up to 90.5 horsepower (at 9,500 rpm) and 75 Nm of torque (at 7,250 rpm), with similar power and more importantly, a lower price. Honda CB750 Hornet is expensive.

Hornet shares a lot with the GSX, including a 41mm Showa SFF-BP USD fork and a Pro-link monoshock. In addition, users can control four riding modes: Standard, Sport, Rain, and User. Additionally, a 5-inch TFT screen displays Engine Brake Settings, Traction Control, and Wheelie Control.
